Creative Journeys

A blog to track my crafting journeys. Right now I am stuck on knitting, especially socks. I also enjoy scrapbooking, cross-stich, beading, and trying anything new.

My first sweater is done.

Here it is in all of its glory the sweater that I made my son. I am so excited about finishing my first sweater and I think it looks pretty good. I know that the stripes do not quite line up but it fits, well its a little big on him but her will grow in to it in no time I am sure. The pattern called for a hood and all of my family memebers say no hood. So I left it off.

Pattern is a freebie fro Plymouth with the yarn
Yarn: Plymouth Jelli Beanz
Needle Size: US 8

These are pictures of the adorable buttons I found.
